Canada's Wonderland Schedule - Final
Warm Up A or B- 7 minutes on three strips of mat
Tumble Strip - 3.5 minutes on a fully sprung tumble strip
Full Floor Practice- 3.5 minutes with music on a fully sprung competition size floor
