***NOTE: Please highlight all crossovers and state which team(s) they cross to!

 

 REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE UNTIL ALL WAIVERS, PAYMENT, AND ROSTERS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED IN THE OFFICE. WAIVERS MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE OFFICE BY THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE. ATHLETES NEED ONLY SUBMIT ONE WAIVER FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON. 

 

Dance:

Standard Registration Prices

Solo = $50/participant
Duet/Trio = $35/participant

Small Group = $30/participant
Group = $25/participant
Line Production = $25/participant

Registrations not received by April 22nd will have a $50 additional charge per team, or $10 per solo or duet/trio

No division changes or registrations will be accepted after April 29th, 2011.

Musical Theatre, Jazz, Acro, Ballet, Lyrical/Contemprorary, Open, Pom, Hip Hop

School Cheer:

Early Bird = $70 / participant - if received by February 24th
Regular = $80 / participant - if received between February 25th & April 8th
Late = $90 / participant - if received between April 9th & April 22nd
Last Minute = $100 / participant - if received after April 22nd

All Star Cheer:

Athletes competing on both cheer and dance teams within the same school or program are permitted to register as a cheer athlete and pay crossover fees for dance. It must be indicated on both cheer and dance rosters which teams the athletes is crossing from/to.

Registration is not considered complete until all waivers, payments and rosters have been received. Athletes need only submit one waiver for the entire competitive season.

DIVISIONS:

Primary, Junior, Senior School -Novice, Intermediate & Advanced for each age group

Collegiate Divisions - Level 6 and Level 4

All Star Levels 1-6 Tiny, Mini, Youth, Junior, Senior, Int'l Open, Open & CA Open 4.2

Parent and non-compete divisions (Tiny, Mini, Partial Routine)
