Registration Information
REGISTRATION (Paper Registration) (Online Registration)
***NOTE: Please highlight all crossovers and state which team(s) they cross to!
Early Bird = $20 / participant - if received by October 15
Regular = $30 / participant - if received between October 16 & November 12
Late = $35 / participant - if received between November 13 & November 26
Last Minute = $45 / participant - if received after November 26
No registrations can be accepted after Wednesday December 1st.
Registration is not considered complete until all waivers, payments and rosters have been received in office. All paperwork must be received by the deadline in order to be eligible. Athletes need only submit one waiver for the entire competitive season.

For credit card payment please fill out and send in a Credit Card Authorization Form
At least 1 coach per team must sign a Coaches Code. Coaches codes are available here:

All Star Levels 1-6 Mini, Youth, Junior, Senior, Int'l Open, Open
Parent and non-compete divisions (Tiny, Mini, Partial Routine)
